The Property

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes, and utensils.
Bathroom: Clean and modern bathroom with a shower, bathtub (in 2), towels, and a hairdryer.
Dining: Table and six chairs. There are also three barstools at the island.
Living: Sofa, two chairs, games and books
Linens: Towels, wash cloths, black wash cloths for makeup, bed linens, kitchen towels, and dish scrub rags.
Workspace: Desk and chair for guests who need to work remotely during their stay. This is located in the queen size bedroom.
Laundry Facilities: Washer, dryer, and
Outdoor Space: Patio with dining table for 6, and Adirondack chairs, BBQ grill, outdoor games and propane fire pit.

The Nice to Have Section

Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with spectrum basis cable.
We will supply the first week of soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, and laundry detergent to ensure a comfortable start to your stay.
Family-Friendly: High chair, toys, children's books. Although we are family friendly, we are not child proof. You are responsible for watching your child at all times.
Additional Comforts: Extra blankets, pillows, throws, slippers, robes, and blackout curtains for a cozy and restful stay.

The Non-negotiable items

Pet-Friendly: We are not pet friendly. Our family has allergies and asthma and when you are not staying with us, we are staying here.
Safety Features: Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers (main floor, second floor, and garage), first aid kit, ring cameras at from and back door, and secure locks on doors and windows.
Climate Control: Heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
